Should you encounter any concerns related to the delivery process, kindly direct your inquiries to the respective shipping agency responsible for your order's transit.

Alternative Shipping Agencies: Should you prefer your order to be dispatched through an alternative shipping agency other than "India Post" or "DTDC," we invite you to reach out to us to discuss your preferences. While we endeavor to fulfill your request, please understand that any additional shipping charges or associated fees will be borne by you.

Standard Shipping Charges: Transparency is integral to our operations, and this extends to our shipping charges. Within "Kerala," the standard shipping fee is ₹80, while for destinations outside "Kerala," it is ₹120. These charges contribute to the secure and expedient delivery of your order to your specified address.

Estimated Delivery Time: Anticipated delivery times for orders dispatched through our standard shipping partners generally fall within the range of 1 to 10 days(That is, the duration encompassing the courier agency's or service provider's activities of collecting your product from our premises and subsequently delivering it to the address you have provided or the agency outlet as determined by the courier agency or service provider. It's important to clarify that this timeframe does not account for the processing period.) However, certain products with elevated demand or distinct characteristics may require an extended processing and shipping duration of approximately 20 to 30 days. Should your order remain undelivered 20 days after its placement, we kindly encourage you to contact our dedicated customer care team to facilitate a solution.
